The city of Ephesus is bustling with the rhythm of everyday life. The merchants, jewelers, courtesans, and guards all go about their business with not a worry in the world. Until Antipholus and his servant Dromio suddenly start acting strange… so strange that they might as well be completely different people…


Poor Adriana is confronted with this new behaviour of her husband Antipholus (of Ephesus), and Antipholus (of Syracuse) doesn’t know what to do with the lady calling her his wife. The only thing he knows is that he would love to see more of her sister Luciana.


A series of wild mishaps based on mistaken identities lead to wrongful beatings, a near-seduction, arrests, and accusations of infidelity, theft, madness, and demonic possession.
